Everything offered here is educational and strategic in nature. Nothing on this site or in any STR with Leslie product is legal, tax, financial, real estate or investment advice. No outcome, occupancy level, revenue figure or return is promised or implied. Your decisions — and their results — are your own.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed to you for personal use. Because they are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Private sessions

Sessions are scheduled after purchase. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Materials you receive are for your use and may not be redistributed.

Memberships

Memberships bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Founding rates apply only while a membership stays continuously active.

Content ownership

All content, templates and materials remain the property of STR with Leslie and may not be resold, republished or shared.
